It’s two years since I visited my mother’s gra It’s two years since I visited my mother’s grave in #Wiltshire and as we stopped off on our way to Wales today, we were reminded what a beautiful and peaceful resting place she shares with Adrian, my stepfather. The first thing Adrian did when he learned he had terminal cancer was to go to the church to book his spot in the cemetery. On the way back he got his hair cut. That was so Adrian; pragmatic and practical, sociable and stoic. I plan on be buried in my MX5, which I appreciate isn’t likely to be approved by any parish anywhere. ‘You might have to make do with the number plate,’ said my husband drily.
